Notice of AGM

Please join us at our Annual General Meeting on Tuesday, July 16, 2024 @ 7:00 PM.  We will be looking for some new members to join our board, and sharing important information about the Club.

The meeting will be held at the Hawks Athletic Club Office, 11620 – 145 Street NW.

We will be voting in new executive members (and are still open for nominations) for the following positions:

VP Communication & Organization

VP Hockey Operations

Nominations for these positions must be sent to the Executive Director, Sarah Baker (executivedirector@hawksathletics.ca), 20 days prior to the meeting.

We are also looking to fill the following board positions:

Gaming Director
